Do customers come to you, or do you go to them?

Google treats the two differently. If customers visit you, your address shows on the profile. If you drive to them (plumbers, cleaners, mobile mechanics), the address is hidden and you set a service area instead.

Virtual offices and mailing-only addresses aren't eligible for a profile. We check which case you're in during the audit, before you pay for anything.

About the map pack
