What we actually do in a month
These are tasks, not outcomes. The order changes with whatever the crawl turns up.
- Crawl the site and check Search Console for new errors and pages falling out of the index.
- Fix the most urgent technical items, or hand them to your developer with notes they can act on.
- Edit priority pages: titles, headings, internal links, and copy that actually answers the search.
- Brief, write and edit the month's articles. Nothing is published until you approve it.
- On Growth and Scale, ask relevant sites to mention or link to you.
- Write the report: what we did, what changed, what's next, and anything we need from you.
How long does SEO take?
Months, not weeks. And some months the graph goes sideways for reasons nobody controls.
No one can guarantee rankings. Google decides. We commit to the work we list and how we report it.
So instead of a date, the report tracks the things that move first: pages indexed, issues fixed, pages published, and the searches Search Console shows you appearing for.

If you leave
Articles, page edits and the content plan are yours once paid, and they stay on your site. We remove our access to Search Console and GA4 and send you our handover notes.
Your ad accounts, pixels, analytics properties and Business Profile stay in your name. If we part ways, you keep everything.
